05 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus eligibility, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, expiry periods, and eligible games are specified individually for each promotion in the promotion's dedicated Terms page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom are held as restricted balance until wagering requirements are met.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

12 Account Suspension & Termination

588j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

13 Disputes & Governing Law

Any claim arising from or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arose, after which the right to bring such a claim is permanently waived.

14 Amendments to These Terms

588j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices.
